1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mcwbet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mcwbet website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, dice games, and any other wagering or gaming products offered through the mcwbet platform.

By registering an account with mcwbet, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the mcwbet platform. mcwbet reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

With respect to Bangladesh specifically: online gambling is subject to the Public Gambling Act 1867, which was enacted prior to the existence of online platforms and does not explicitly address offshore internet-based wagering services. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for independently assessing and complying with their local legal obligations. mcwbet does not provide legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of mcwbet services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• You must not register using a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any material change — including a change in your country of residence — must be reported to mcwbet support promptly.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

mcwbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your use of the platform, mcwbet may request:

• A government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits and withdrawals on the mcwbet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for casino and slots products and ৳500 for sports betting markets.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional bank transfer options may be available; current availability is displayed within your account dashboard.
• mcwbet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as your verified mcwbet account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification steps.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• mcwbet reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal where a KYC review is pending, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where the account is subject to an active investigation.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of the associated balance can be processed.

4.3 Currency

The mcwbet platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and promotional values are expressed in ৳. mcwbet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mcwbet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and tournament prizes from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and free bets have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• mcwbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotional offer, or amend promotional terms at any time without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, system error, or fraud.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of a promotion, the version published on the mcwbet website at the time of the player's opt-in shall govern.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the mcwbet platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets can only be placed while you are logged into a verified, funded mcwbet account.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• mcwbet reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and cancellation in real time. mcwbet cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets for any given event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be rejected. Any bets inadvertently accepted on a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Cricket & BPL Specific Rules

For cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — match result bets require the completion of a minimum number of overs as specified in the individual market rules. In the event of a match being abandoned before the qualifying number of overs is bowled, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless an official result is declared by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or, in the case of casino products, the certified RNG outcome recorded by the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on the mcwbet platform and the official result, the official governing body's result shall prevail.

7. Casino & Games

mcwbet's casino and gaming products — including live dealer tables, slots, dice games, crash products, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe, and Microgaming. The following conditions apply:

• All casino and slots games use certified random number generators that are periodically audited for fairness.
• Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are accessible within each individual game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. Partially completed rounds cannot be replayed from a saved state.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcwbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

12. Limitation of Liability

mcwbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if mcwbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

mcwbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your mcwbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Closure of your account does not affect any obligation that has already accrued under these Terms.

13.2 Termination by mcwbet

mcwbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold balances, and void pending bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of your account would expose mcwbet to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. Where funds are withheld pending an investigation, mcwbet will notify you of the reason and expected timeline where it is lawful to do so.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mcwbet's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the mcwbet platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of mcwbet's registered operating territory. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that online gambling regulation is evolving and agree that any dispute resolution process shall be conducted in English.

15. Amendments to These Terms

mcwbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, mcwbet will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
